Our marketing director stopped by the Eye Institute today and spoke with the office manager inquiring about their thoughts on the Shampoo Goggles we left with them a month ago.
The manager stated, "We love the concept of the elastic adjustable ear bands. The goggles were given to our supply clerk. We plan on presenting the Shampoo Goggles to our doctors to use during some surgical procedures. We will be contacting you soon."

History of Shampoo Goggles
- Our Story:
- For many years as a personal care giver I have given the elderly in nursing facilities shampoos and have tried a variety of ways to keep shampoo out of the eyes during the shampooing process. One of the most popular means was to hold a wash cloth on the forehead during shampooing. The patient may not be able to keep the cloth in place due to weakness, physical deficits, and/or loss of cognitive ability. Thus causing anxiety, pain, stress and possible harm to their eyes, especially if the patient had recent eye surgery or eye infection. There are products available on the market that have attempted to alleviate the discomfort and possible harm of liquids entering the eyes during the shampoo process. We wanted a product that would provide a seal around the eyes and also provide full access to the scalp/hair. So thus our Shampoo Goggles was born. Each pair of Shampoo Goggles is made ready by loving hands and closely inspected by us, the inventors, to ensure that our product will meet the expectation and needs of our customers. We personally use our product. Our customers have stated that they refuse to receive a shampoo without the Shampoo Goggles.
